TEAM CAPTAINS PLEASE DO NOT FORGET:  The last week to add/drop a player is WEEK 15.  This is the 2/3 cut off.  All players must have also played at least 2/3rd of the season in order to be eligible for playoffs.  Chad will be looking into each team and eligible/in-eliglble players and letting team captains know if you have in-eligible players. 

Also, do not forget, as per the 1st team captain meeting:  the first 5 spots for playoffs will be determined by points, the 6th spot is a WILDCARD...you could be in last place...if your team turns in the MOST tabs...your team will get the wildcard spot!  SAVE THOSE TABS!!!

Tonight is our annual Eveline Rivers Coat Drive & Dart Tourney @ Rounders.  $10 Entry fee with gently used coat or $15 without.  The extra $5 goes to Eveline Rivers.  Signups start @ 6:30, start @ 7:30.  Guaranteed pot of at least $350.

Have been posted.  There were some errors in SINGLES games ONLY.  The teams effected were notified, however the correct STATs are now posted thanks to Chad's quick work!

We had a Board Meeting last night.  The Board elected to give High Plains Food Bank $500 this year along with the food collected (which was 362 pounds...last year we had 300 pounds, so we did hit our goal of collecting more food!)  WAY TO GO ADA MEMBERS!  The check & food was delivered this morning. 

We would also like to announce Blake Singer as our new Tournament Coordinator.  The Board approved him last night.

Our next charity tournament is next Tuesday at Rounders.  It's our annual Eveline Rivers Coat Drive.  Please see the flier for more details.

Great turnout to the food bank tournament this Saturday!  Thanks to all that showed up and participated!  Our next Benefit/Charity Tournament is November 22 for our Eveline Rivers Coat Drive.  I will also be sending out texts to team captains soon regarding Angel Tree Angels.

It looks like 3rd place down to 6th place is anyone's game right now!  Remember that the top placing 5 teams will have a spot for playoffs.  The 6th spot for playoffs will be determined by a wildcard...which team can turn in the MOST tabs...soda cans, beer cans, soup cans, etc; so make sure you're saving those tabs!  These tabs will be collected just before playoffs and donated to the Ronald McDonald House!  It's a great cause...the $ collected from the tabs helps with the costs for feeding and housing parents of children that are in the hospital.  The tabs (rather than the whole can) is asked for because the tab is a higher, purer form of aluminum.  They are actually worth more than the whole can.

Please don't forget...teams...save your tabs from your cans (soup cans, soda cans, beer cans, etc.); we will ask that they be turned in before playoff's.  The team with the most is collecting for a "wildcard...6th spot" in playoffs!  These tabs will be turned in to Ronald McDonald House of Amarillo!
